Follow Ups - £35 to £45 (London £45 - £55)

Nutritional therapy is about nutrition for life that changes your quality of life so you will want to continue with the programme. We therefore recommend at least one follow up appointment is made 4 weeks after the first consultation. The follow-ups take 35-45 minutes depending on your support needs and you will receive:

• A review of your progress
• Essential ongoing support and answers to any further questions that you have
• An updated plan, tailored to suit your needs as you make progress with your health.
